About "Nemuno Banga"
The partnership of NEMUNO BANGA was founded in 1993. It started with the production of cigarette filters and quickly became known within tobacco industry as a reliable and well trusted supplier. In addition, the Company was heavily involved in a tobacco supply business.
In 1997, the production of PET packaging for beverage industry was launched in parallel to production of filter rods.
In 2003, NEMUNO BANGA was re-organized and independent company FILTPAKAS LLC was established with its main activities centered on filter rod manufacturing and tobacco leaf supply.
A major investment in 2004-2007 period into the new filter making equipment enabled the Company to produce a wide range of special filters and establish itself as a high quality filter supplier.
In 2008, the Company returned its original name of NEMUNO BANGA.
Today, the core business of NEMUNO BANGA is manufacture of wide range of quality monoacetate, multi-segmented, recessed, slim/super slim, flavoured and non-wrapped cigarette filter rods just to name a few.
